頁(yè)巖油、蘭炭、焦炭、電石、鐵合金等煉化生產(chǎn)企業(yè),在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中會(huì )伴隨產(chǎn)生大量的低熱值工業(yè)尾氣。這些可燃氣體成分以氫氣、一氧化碳為主,成分復雜、雜質(zhì)多、成分不穩定、毒性大、易燃易爆,除小部分煉化工廠(chǎng)自用外,剩余大部分燃燒排空浪費。

針對此類(lèi)氣體,以燃氣內燃機為基礎,開(kāi)發(fā)了適用于焦爐煤氣、發(fā)生爐煤氣、蘭炭尾氣、油頁(yè)巖尾氣、電石尾氣、鐵合金尾氣等多種工業(yè)尾氣的大功率燃氣發(fā)電機組,功率范圍500-1200kW。將這些可燃焦爐煤氣發(fā)電利用變廢為寶, 既解決了排放對空氣的污染,又可節約電力資源。
