柴油發(fā)電機在使用過(guò)程中有少量尾氣排出,此尾氣若直接排放對周?chē)鷷?huì )產(chǎn)生一定污染,根據環(huán)保要求,也為了進(jìn)一步提高使用柴油發(fā)電機組周邊的品質(zhì),因為柴油發(fā)電機尾氣中的污染物有:氮氧化物、一氧化碳、顆粒物、硫化物等。所以一定要對柴油發(fā)電機組的尾氣進(jìn)行處理。

常規做法是引進(jìn)旋流板水洗噴淋法,引進(jìn)旋流板式噴淋塔,氣體在塔內由下向上高速運動(dòng),與自上向下噴出的洗滌液相接觸,由于塔內設置了多層旋流板,它能增加氣液接觸面積和接觸時(shí)間,使尾氣與水在塔內和板面上充分接觸。尾氣中的污染物質(zhì)碳黑在與噴淋水接觸過(guò)程中,被水充分吸附,得以?xún)艋?;尾氣中NOx、SO2等氣態(tài)污染物通過(guò)在噴淋水中加入一定比例的NaOH使噴淋水呈堿性,在噴淋過(guò)程中,水與尾氣接觸時(shí),發(fā)生化學(xué)反應,使NOx、SO2等氣態(tài)污染物得到中和達到良好的處理效果。在整個(gè)尾氣凈化過(guò)程中設備無(wú)需清洗,所用的噴淋水可循環(huán)使用,可實(shí)現自動(dòng)控制,使用簡(jiǎn)便。

During the entire exhaust gas purification process, the equipment does not need to be cleaned, and the spray water used can be recycled and automatically controlled, making it easy to use.
