1、剛采購過(guò)來(lái)的沼氣發(fā)電機組，在運行了50個(gè)小時(shí)建議進(jìn)行一次常規保養，因為機組的磨合期的保養至關(guān)重要，操作人員必須經(jīng)常檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組進(jìn)氣管路，防止沼氣泄漏和冷凝水過(guò)多而影響供氣。

1. The newly purchased biogas generator unit is recommended to undergo routine maintenance after running for 50 hours, as the maintenance during the running-in period of the unit is crucial. Operators must regularly check the intake pipeline of the biogas generator unit to prevent biogas leakage and excessive condensate from affecting the gas supply.

2、沼氣發(fā)電機工作時(shí)應經(jīng)常巡視、檢查沼氣發(fā)電機組的運行情況，沼氣脫硫及穩壓、防爆裝置，另外，為了防止進(jìn)氣管回火引起沼氣管路發(fā)生爆炸，應在沼氣供應管路上安置防回火與防爆裝置，發(fā)現問(wèn)題應及時(shí)調整或上報有關(guān)領(lǐng)導。

2. During the operation of the biogas generator, regular inspections and inspections should be conducted on the operation of the biogas generator unit, as well as on the biogas desulfurization, voltage stabilization, and explosion-proof devices. In addition, to prevent the explosion of the biogas pipeline caused by the backfire of the intake pipe, anti backfire and explosion-proof devices should be installed on the biogas supply pipeline. Any problems should be promptly adjusted or reported to relevant leaders.

3、進(jìn)氣系統：沼氣發(fā)電機在運行中，操作人員應隨時(shí)掌握負載變化情況并應對沼氣發(fā)電機的大負荷進(jìn)行限制，在進(jìn)氣總管上，需加裝一套沼氣一空氣混合器，以調節空燃比和混合氣進(jìn)氣量。

3. Air intake system: During the operation of the biogas generator, operators should always be aware of the load changes and limit the maximum load of the biogas generator. A set of biogas air mixer needs to be installed on the main intake pipe to adjust the air fuel ratio and mixed gas intake.

4、發(fā)動(dòng)機：沼氣的燃燒速度很慢，所以對沼氣發(fā)動(dòng)機有較高的要求。沼氣發(fā)電機的過(guò)濾裝置應定期清洗。

4. Engine: The combustion speed of biogas is very slow, so there are high requirements for biogas engines. The filtration device of the biogas generator should be cleaned regularly.

5、調速系統：沼氣發(fā)電機組沼氣進(jìn)氣壓力不得低于1.8kPa，沼氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的運行場(chǎng)合是和發(fā)電機一起以用電設備為負荷進(jìn)行運轉，為了確保發(fā)電機正常發(fā)電，沼氣發(fā)動(dòng)機上的調速系統必不可少。

5. Speed regulation system: The biogas intake pressure of the biogas generator unit shall not be less than 1.8kPa. The biogas engine operates together with the generator and operates under the load of electrical equipment. In order to ensure the normal power generation of the generator, the speed regulation system on the biogas engine is essential.
