在天然氣發(fā)電機組發(fā)動(dòng)機使用前，應根據具體使用的環(huán)境和條件，選用適當規格的天然氣、機油和冷卻液。選用恰當與否，對天然氣發(fā)電機組的發(fā)動(dòng)機的性能和使用壽命有很大的影響

一.天然氣發(fā)電機組使用燃氣的要求：

1、 Requirements for the use of gas in natural gas generator sets:

燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的燃料以天然氣為主，也可以使用油田伴生氣、液化石油氣、沼氣等可燃性氣體。所用的氣體應通過(guò)干燥脫水，達到無(wú)游離水、原油和輕質(zhì)油，其低熱值不應低于31.4mj/m3,總硫含量不大于480mg/m3,硫化氫含量不大于20mg/m3.此外天然氣輸送壓力在0.08－0.30MAP范圍內

The gas used should be dehydrated through drying to achieve no free water, crude oil, and light oil. 二.天然氣發(fā)電機組所用的機油

機油是用來(lái)潤滑天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的運動(dòng)件并對這些運動(dòng)件起到冷卻散熱、帶走雜質(zhì)和防止銹的作用。其品質(zhì)的好壞除對燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的性能和使用壽命有影響外，對機油的使用期限有一定的影響。為此，應根據天然氣發(fā)電機組燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機的使用環(huán)境溫度來(lái)選適當的機油。天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機盡可能使用燃氣發(fā)動(dòng)機專(zhuān)用機油15W40CD或15W40CC等

三.天然氣發(fā)電機組使用冷卻液：

用于冷卻系統的直接冷卻發(fā)動(dòng)機的冷卻液通常使用清潔的淡水，雨水或經(jīng)澄清的河水為宜.當天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機在低于0度的環(huán)境條件使用時(shí)，應嚴防冷卻液凍結，致使零件凍裂?？筛鶕囟葋?lái)配用適當凝點(diǎn)的防凍液或在起動(dòng)前加注熱水，但停車(chē)后應立即放水。

The coolant used for direct cooling engines in the cooling system is usually clean fresh water, rainwater, or clarified river water. When natural gas engines are used in environmental conditions below 0 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to strictly prevent the coolant from freezing, which may cause parts to freeze and crack. Antifreeze with appropriate freezing point can be used according to temperature or hot water can be added before starting, but water should be drained immediately after parking.
