    1、 曲柄連桿機構 曲柄連桿機構是發(fā)動(dòng)機實(shí)際工作循環(huán),完成能量轉換的主要運動(dòng)部件。它由機體組、活塞連桿組和曲軸飛輪組等組成。在做功過(guò)程中,活塞承受燃氣壓力在氣缸內做直線(xiàn)運動(dòng),通過(guò)連桿轉換成曲軸的旋轉運動(dòng),并從曲軸對外輸出動(dòng)力,而在進(jìn)氣、壓縮和排氣過(guò)程中,飛輪釋放能量把曲軸的旋轉運動(dòng)轉化成活塞的直線(xiàn)運動(dòng)。
    1. The crank connecting rod mechanism is the main moving component that completes energy conversion during the actual working cycle of the engine. It consists of a body assembly, a piston connecting rod assembly, and a crankshaft flywheel assembly. During the process of doing work, the piston undergoes linear motion in the cylinder under the pressure of gas, which is converted into the rotational motion of the crankshaft through the connecting rod, and outputs power from the crankshaft to the outside. During the intake, compression, and exhaust processes, the flywheel releases energy to convert the rotational motion of the crankshaft into linear motion of the piston.
    2、 配氣機構 配氣機構的功用是根據發(fā)動(dòng)機的工作順序和工作過(guò)程,定時(shí)開(kāi)啟、關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣門(mén)和排氣門(mén),使可燃混合氣或空氣進(jìn)入氣缸,并使廢氣從氣缸內排出,實(shí)現換氣過(guò)程。配氣機構大多數采用頂置氣門(mén)式配氣機構,一般由氣門(mén)組、氣門(mén)傳動(dòng)組和氣門(mén)驅動(dòng)組組成。

    4、 潤滑系 潤滑系的功用是向作相對運動(dòng)的零件表面輸送定量的清潔潤滑油,以實(shí)現液體摩擦,減小摩擦阻力,減輕機件的磨損,并對零件表面進(jìn)行清洗和冷卻,潤滑系通常由潤滑油道、機油泵、機油濾清器和一些閥門(mén)等組成。

    5、 冷卻系 冷卻系的功用是將受熱零件吸收的部分熱量及時(shí)散發(fā)出去,保證發(fā)動(dòng)機在適宜的溫度狀態(tài)下工作。水冷發(fā)動(dòng)機的冷卻系通常由冷卻水套、水泵、風(fēng)扇、水箱、節溫器等組成。

The cooling system of a water-cooled engine usually consists of a cooling water jacket, water pump, fan, water tank, thermostat, etc.
    6、點(diǎn)火系 能夠按時(shí)在火花塞電極間產(chǎn)生電火花的全部設備成為點(diǎn)火系。在汽油機中,氣缸內的可燃混合氣是靠電火花點(diǎn)燃的,為此在汽油機的氣缸蓋上裝有火花塞,火花塞頭部深入燃燒室內。點(diǎn)火系通常由蓄電池、發(fā)電機、分電器、點(diǎn)火線(xiàn)圈和火花塞等組成。
    6. The ignition system refers to all equipment that can generate electric sparks between the spark plug electrodes on time. In a gasoline engine, the combustible mixture in the cylinder is ignited by an electric spark.     7、 啟動(dòng)系 發(fā)動(dòng)機由靜止狀態(tài)過(guò)渡到工作狀態(tài),必須先用外力轉動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機的曲軸,使活塞作往復運動(dòng),氣缸內的可燃混合氣燃燒膨脹做功,推動(dòng)活塞向下運動(dòng)使曲軸旋轉,發(fā)動(dòng)機才能自行運轉,工作循環(huán)才能自動(dòng)進(jìn)行。因此,曲軸在外力作用下開(kāi)始轉動(dòng)到發(fā)動(dòng)機開(kāi)始自動(dòng)地怠速運轉的全過(guò)程,稱(chēng)為發(fā)動(dòng)機的啟動(dòng)。完成啟動(dòng)過(guò)程所需的裝置,稱(chēng)為發(fā)動(dòng)機的啟動(dòng)系。 汽油機由以上兩大機構和五大系統組成,即由曲柄連桿機構、配氣機構、燃燒供給系、潤滑系、冷卻系、點(diǎn)火系和啟動(dòng)系組成;
