水進(jìn)入柴油發(fā)電機組空氣中的水氣在溫度的改變下會(huì )發(fā)生冷凝現象，結成水珠掛附在油箱內壁，當水珠流入柴油后，就會(huì )使柴油含水量超標，當這樣的柴油進(jìn)入發(fā)動(dòng)機高壓油泵后，就會(huì )銹蝕精密偶合件，假設嚴重的話(huà)就會(huì )損壞機組,柴油發(fā)電機組工作過(guò)程中，油污或雜質(zhì)會(huì )沉積在濾網(wǎng)壁上，而過(guò)個(gè)會(huì )使濾器過(guò)濾功能下降，沉積過(guò)多，油路將無(wú)法疏通，當設備工作時(shí)將會(huì )因油無(wú)法供應而不能正常使用。

線(xiàn)路連接靜音柴油發(fā)電機假設使用時(shí)間過(guò)長(cháng)的話(huà)，線(xiàn)路接頭就有可能松動(dòng)，需要定期的檢查。
